Kicking things off this year we have Portland HipHop vet Talilo Marfil who has been delivering rapid fire consious rhymes for a decade plus while also having an incredible impact in the community working with at-risk youth. He will be joined by the smooth operations of Jazz newcomers Lokstep featuring members of Bad Panda.
